บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) พัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของชุมชน 2) ทดลองและประเมินผลการใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของชุมชน 3) ประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมที่มีต่อหลักสูตร

การวิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมด้วยวิธีการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของชุมชน 2) แบบทดสอบความรู้เกี่ยวกับคุณลักษณะของผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของชุมชนก่อนและหลังการอบรม ?3) แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมการปฏิบัติตนในการเป็นผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของชุมชน และ 4) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้เข้าฝึกอบรม จำนวน 30 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยสถิติพรรณนา และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล เชิงคุณภาพด้วยการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของชุมชน มีค่าประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 80.12/80.64 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่ตั้งไว้ 80/80 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยการทำแบบทดสอบก่อนและหลังการอบรม พบว่า กลุ่มทดลองมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับคุณลักษณะของผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของชุมชน เฉลี่ยหลังการอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนการอบรมอย่างมีนัยยะสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05 ?3) ผลเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยการประเมินพฤติกรรมการปฏิบัติตนในการเป็นผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของชุมชนก่อนและหลังการอบรมพบว่า กลุ่มทดลองมีพฤติกรรมการปฏิบัติตนในการเป็นผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงเฉลี่ยหลังการอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนการอบรม 4) ความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อหลักสูตรอยู่ในระดับมาก
